Refund policy

Cancellation Policy:

Once an order is placed, we do not entertain any cancellations. Please ensure the accuracy of your selection before making the final payment.


Return Policy:

All sales are considered final, and returns are not accepted. Our products are meticulously timed and shipped to reach you in an optimal state of fermentation. Therefore, returning a product would result in it reaching us in an over-fermented condition, rendering it worthless.


Damaged Items/Refunds:

While we take pride in delivering top-quality products, in the rare event of damage during shipment, you may request a replacement or refund. Each case will be evaluated individually, and refunds are at the discretion of Umami Brew.


If you receive a damaged/defective item or the wrong product, follow these steps within 2 working days of receiving the order:


Step 1: Contact us at support@umamibrew.com  within 48 hours, providing your order ID and details of the defective/wrong items with accompanying images and the invoice.

Step 2: We will respond within 1-3 business days to discuss your request. Replacement/refund decisions will be made at the discretion of Umami Brew.


For product dissatisfaction, email us at sales@umamibrew.com  and we will address your concerns on a case-by-case basis, offering replacements or refunds.


Refund Process:

If eligible for a refund, the amount will be refunded via online bank transfer within 5-7 working days.
